According to the Public Relations office of Poursina, at first, Dr.Ahmadreza Mirbolook reported on the financial status, human resources and infrastructure performance indicators of the hospital as well as the challenges and suggestions.

During this meeting, the Executive Consultant of Guilan University of Medical Sciences Dr.Peiman Khanjani stated the policies and major strategies of the university and stressed the integration of decisions made in Board of Trustees with these policies.

Dr.Hossein Ettehad, director of Deputy of Treatment and member of the Board of Trustees mentioned the coefficients of human resource and the necessity of redistribution of them along with developing a complete plan for Poursina Hospital. The suggestions were then discussed.
